Shira Bland is an impactful and award-winning educator with 12 years of vast community engagement and operations experience in both K-12 and higher education. Shira has a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Central Florida and a Masters of Science in Higher Education from Walden University. 

Shira participated in the School Leaders of Color Collaborative at Harvard University during the Summer of 2021, where she developed best practices on engaging students and staff members of color in a post-pandemic educational environment.
