reDesign was founded in 2008 with a simple idea: schools should be places where every young person can discover purpose, grow as a learner, and prepare for a future they help shape.

For 18 years, we’ve partnered with K–12 schools and systems, foundations, and nonprofits to reimagine learning — always through co-design, always centered on learners. We believe transformation is possible when educators lead the way, supported by the right tools, vision, and community.
