Director of Systems Transformation
reDesignʼs Director of System Transformation is a full-time, Director-level position with competitive benefits and a salary commensurate with experience. reDesign is looking for a systems leader with proven experience:
- Leading complex, system-level competency-based initiatives with measurable positive impact on young people and the adults who support them
- Growing a business or organization, developing fruitful relationships with potential clients or partners
- Supervising and developing a diverse team as they coach leaders driving systems-level change
