reDesign is a woman-led, nationally recognized education design lab with deep pedagogical and change leadership expertise and a social justice mission. We partner with educators to build learner-centered communities for young people that support their development of competency, connectedness, and critical consciousness. Together we create designs and practices that imagine and enact transformative learning. 

One of our core commitments is to use reDesign as a platform to support and promote women and people of color as leaders within the field. As we grow our team and expand our impact, we are excited to find mission-driven, value-aligned, highly talented individuals who share our vision for racial and economic justice through education. reDesign strongly encourages applications from candidates of color.
