CAREERS AT REDESIGN

reDesign is a woman-owned and led, nationally recognized education design lab with deep pedagogical and change leadership expertise and a social justice mission. We partner with educators to build learner-centered communities for young people that support their development of competency, connectedness, and critical consciousness. Together we create designs and practices that imagine and enact transformative learning.

Development & Partnerships Lead (deadline 6/30)

Our application window is now open for a Development & Partnerships Lead. Educational Consulting Director/Lead (rolling selection)

Are you an educational leader with deep pedagogical and change leadership expertise? Do you have exceptionally strong relationship and project management skills, and a passion for reimagining teaching and learning? Do you bring an entrepreneurial spirit and a demonstrated commitment to personal learning, social justice, and continuous improvement in community with others?

reDesign’s Educational Consulting Director/Lead will lead reDesign’s consulting practice. This position is available as a full-time staff role with competitive benefits and a salary commensurate with experience, within the range of $120,000 – $150,000.
